Who we are
Travelgold is the trading name of Julie Storey, a sole trader and Independent Travel Advisor under InteleTravel UK.
Travelgold is a fully independent travel brand owned and operated by Julie Storey. I am proud to operate as an independent travel advisor associated with InteleTravel, one of the worlds largest host travel agencies.
Please note that while I handle your personal consultations, itineraries, and customer service, all official bookings, payment processing, and final protections are managed directly by InteleTravel. This partnership allows me to offer you robust consumer protection, including ABTA and ATOL bonding, giving you complete peace of mind when booking your travel with me.
Travelgold provides personalised travel planning and holiday advice. When you contact us or submit an enquiry through this website, Travelgold is responsible for the personal information you provide to us and for handling it in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

Making an enquiry with Travelgold does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
If you choose to opt in, we may use your name and email address to send you occasional travel inspiration, holiday ideas and offers from Travelgold by email.
We rely on your consent to send these marketing communications. Giving consent is optional and will not affect our ability to respond to your enquiry or arrange your holiday.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting us at julie@travelgold.co.uk. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop using your information for email marketing.
We may retain a limited record of your marketing preferences, including where you have unsubscribed, so that we can respect your wishes in future.

How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
If you make an enquiry but do not proceed with a booking, we will retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any related follow-up.
